Can I track my purchase?  

Yes, Mandaê, our partner who handles our deliveries, will send tracking information to your email through its own tracking platform called Rastreaê. You can access the tracking platform directly (www.rastreae.com.br), fill in the requested information and track your order, regardless of email communications...

Which company is responsible for delivering my purchase? 

Fourest is responsible for your delivery. Our partner who takes care of delivering our orders is Mandaê.

Can I add another product to my purchase?  

It's not possible to add products to an already completed purchase.

I didn't receive all the items from my purchase. What should I do?

Can I make a purchase on the website with my CNPJ?  

It's not possible to make a purchase with CNPJ directly on our website. For purchases via CNPJ, please contact us at ola@fourest.com.br.

How do I confirm the availability of a product in stock?  

Check if it's available on the website for purchase.

Can anyone receive the product I bought?  

Yes, anyone can sign and receive your purchase, as long as they're 18 years or older.

Is there a minimum order value?

There's no minimum order value.

Can I change the delivery address? 

It's not possible to change the delivery address once the merchandise has been dispatched.

How is the shipping for my order calculated? 

Shipping is always calculated based on the distance between the departure zip code (Fourest) and the destination zip code (customer).

Can I send part of my purchase to one address and another part to another?

To do this, it's necessary to make two separate purchases, one for each address.

Can I add or remove products from the shopping cart?  

Yes, until the purchase is closed and paid, you can edit the items in the cart as many times as you want.

Can I resume a shopping cart?  

As long as the internet tab is open in the already assembled cart, yes.

What are the available payment methods?  

Credit card in up to 4 installments without interest, PayPal, PIX, or bank slip.

Can I use foreign currency to make my payment?  

Yes, for payments in foreign currency, we have the option of payment via PayPal.

What's the procedure if there's a duplicate payment on the card?  

Usually, the card flags automatically cancel one of the two purchases, provided they're the same value, date, and establishment. If necessary, please contact us at ola@fourest.com.br and, upon confirmation, we'll issue a refund. ola@fourest.com.br . 

What if my payment isn't approved? 

In the case of a credit card, check if you entered all the card information correctly. In the case of PIX, check if there's available account balance and if the value doesn't exceed your security limit in nighttime periods, for example. In the case of bank slip, check if you made the payment and if the value came out of the account, in fact.

What's the approval period for the purchase?  

It depends on the chosen payment method. Purchases made via bank slip can take up to 72 business hours to be approved, as this is the term for bank clearance and doesn't depend on us. Purchases made via credit card will be analyzed and may take up to 48 hours to be approved. Purchases made via PIX have the fastest approval.

Can I change the card after completing the purchase?  

It's not possible to change the card used for the purchase once it's been finalized.

What are the installment options?  

On the credit card, the purchase can be divided into up to 4 installments without interest.

How to request a duplicate of the invoice?  

The electronic invoice can be requested at any time via email at ola@fourest.com.br ola@fourest.com.br.

Can I use my card issued abroad?  

Yes, as long as the flag is one of those accepted by our website.

What are the deadlines for refunds?

Payments with CREDIT CARD: we will notify the credit card company used by the customer and the refund will be processed within up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the credit card company.

Payments with BANK SLIP: the refund will be made to the current account indicated by the customer within up to 10 (ten) business days. It is necessary for the CPF (tax identification number) of the account holder to be the same as the one listed on the order (customer's CPF). No credit will be granted to third parties. The bank details for reimbursement will be requested by our logistics team.

Payments with PIX: the refund will be made to the same original account within up to 2 (two) business days.

Is it possible to order a product that is not for sale?

Why are not all products available for purchase?  

There are several reasons why a product might be unavailable, the main one being a lack of inventory. Keep an eye out and wait, as we always work to have a quick restock.
